• The bouquet will be carefully handcrafted by our florist. It won’t look like the pictures because each bouquet is made bespoke using the freshest flowers our florist has available
• It’ll arrive beautiful arranged and on show
• It could feature buds (it just means the flowers are fresh), they’ll soon open up
• The packaging is recyclable or biodegradable
• It includes a card, we will  hand write your message. 
• If you have any special requests (like pet-friendly flowers or to avoid a certain bloom), pop them in the box that asks if there’s anything you’d like our florist to know. They’ll try their best to help.
